Coherence Daddy is a United States–based faith-driven technology organization on a mission to help humanity be more coherent through private, secure technology. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of coherencedaddy.com, its tools, its blog and tutorials, and the other ventures and pages it operates (together, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
"Services" means the websites, pages, and features we operate. "Tools" means the free, browser-based utilities available at coherencedaddy.com/tools. "Products" means any paid offering, subscription, donation flow, or merchandise made available through the Services. "Content" means text, data, code, images, and other material on the Services. "User," "you," or "your" means any person or entity that accesses or uses the Services.
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services, and you must use them only as permitted by applicable law. Most of our surfaces — including the free Tools, blog, and tutorials — require no account and no sign-up.
Some Products do require an account or a purchase to access. Where an account is required, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and you are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use the Services to violate any applicable law or regulation, to infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others, or to upload, generate, or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive the source of our non-open-source infrastructure.
You also agree not to scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Tools, pages, or APIs beyond ordinary use; not to use bots, scripts, or other automated means to abuse, overload, or circumvent rate limits or access controls; and not to interfere with, probe, or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services. We may set reasonable technical limits and may restrict access that we believe, in good faith, is abusive or automated.
All of our browser-based Tools are provided free of charge, on an "as is" basis, with no warranty of any kind. They are offered for informational and productivity purposes only, and outputs may be incomplete, approximate, or out of date.
Nothing produced by the Tools is professional advice. Financial, market, and crypto tools do not constitute financial or investment advice. Other tools do not constitute legal, tax, medical, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you use any output, and you should seek qualified professional advice before acting on it.
Parts of the Services are supported by advertising. We display third-party advertisements through Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to serve, personalize, and measure ads based on your visits to this and other websites.
You can review how Google uses information from sites that use its services, and the choices it offers, in Google's advertising policies. Where required, ad and cookie preferences are managed through the consent banner (our consent management platform, or "CMP") presented on the Services. For more detail on the data involved, see our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or for the practices of third-party advertisers.
We accept voluntary contributions to support our mission. Contributions may be made by card (processed by Stripe) or by cryptocurrency, are made voluntarily, and are generally non-refundable. We make no representation about the tax treatment of any contribution; we do not provide tax advice, and you should consult your own advisor regarding your particular situation.
Merchandise purchases through our shop and any other paid transactions are processed by third-party providers — including Stripe, Printify, and WooCommerce/Hostinger — under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not store full payment card details. Fulfillment, shipping, and returns for merchandise are subject to the applicable provider's policies.
Some Products — for example the AEO Directory, the University, and agent services — are paid offerings governed by their own product terms and pricing, which are presented to you at the point of purchase. Those product-specific terms, including any subscription, renewal, and cancellation conditions, apply in addition to these Terms.
Pricing and features for paid Products may change, and any conflict between a Product's specific terms and these general Terms will be resolved in favor of the Product-specific terms for that Product.
Certain Products — including the University and other membership or community offerings — are operated as private member communities. Membership is a revocable privilege extended at our discretion, not a right. We may decline, suspend, remove, or permanently ban any member, and revoke access to any member community or its content, at any time, with or without notice and with or without cause, at our sole discretion — including to protect the safety, values, or integrity of the community. Except where a Product's specific terms or applicable law require otherwise, removal or termination of membership does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.
The Content, branding, design, and code of the Services are owned by or licensed to Coherence Daddy, except where otherwise noted. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses, and nothing here limits your rights under those licenses.
The Tools run client-side in your browser. You retain all rights to the data and content you input into them; that input is processed locally in your browser and is not transmitted to or stored by us through the Tools themselves. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Services or their proprietary Content except as expressly permitted.
The Services link to ecosystem ventures and partners — including tokns.fi, ShieldNest, and Optimize Me — as well as to other external sites. These links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement of, or responsibility for, third-party content.
When you follow a link to a third-party site or service, you leave the Services and become subject to that party's own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party site or service.
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are privacy-first by design: most surfaces work without an account, and the Tools run in your browser.
Where advertising or analytics cookies require your consent, those preferences are managed through the consent banner (CMP) presented on the Services. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand the consent model and your choices.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Crypto and blockchain features involve inherent and significant financial risk, including total loss. Nothing on the Services is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Always do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coherence Daddy and its affiliates, officers, volunteers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services.
To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Services will be limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coherence Daddy and its affiliates, officers, volunteers, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe in good faith that you have violated these Terms, abused the Services, or created risk or legal exposure for us or others. Where you hold a paid Product, suspension or termination is also subject to that Product's specific terms.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may also be signaled within the Services. Your continued use of the Services after an update takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Coherence Daddy is a United States–based faith-driven technology organization, and these Terms are governed by applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. We ask that any dispute first be raised with us so we can try to resolve it in good faith.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis to the extent permitted by applicable law, rather than in court. You and Coherence Daddy waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action, except where such a waiver is not permitted by law.
